Why Use Best Property Services... Best Property Services have consistently in the past been able to achieve the maximum amount of compensation available, by virtue of their vast experience in this type of work around Northern Ireland and also having established professional relationships with Government valuers, Road Service officials and their contractors, which is beneficial in alleviating problems and reducing time delays.

Our Compulsory Purchase team have 5 surveyors/valuers regularly working on different schemes, with considerable experience gained over the years in land valuation and negotiating compensation.

Depending on the size of the overall scheme and numbers of affected landowners, we can arrange for aerial photography for each landowner prior to any works commencing (at no cost to the landowner) in order to have our own record of the condition of the land prior to disturbance and entry by contractors.

In special situations in the past we have worked in conjunction with local auctioneers or land agents with whom the affected landowner may already have a business relationship with, but who may not be equipped or have the experience in dealing with this type of compulsory purchase work. This can be discussed in more detail with us if applicable.

You next step... If you have received a statutory notice or even a call from prospective acquiring authority you should contact us immediately

Our initial consultation is available free of charge and any subsequent agents fees are in most cases paid by the acquiring authority.

We will examine any documentation, make the relevant inquiries and provide you with the appropriate advice.
