OR

Approval of Reserved Matters was granted on 23rd December 2019 under Planning Ref LA07/2018/1927/RM for a single storey dwelling (175sqm) and detached garage (51sqm) designed to maximise the views to the south and west over the surrounding countryside.

AREA

The site area extends to approximately one acre including the access from the road.

EXCLUSION

A six metre wide strip along the western boundary is excluded from the sale as this strip is required for a third party agricultural access to the adjacent field located north of the site.


ADJACENT LAND
