Whilst the current pandemic is far from over, there is a gradual feeling of being somewhat ‘back in control’ - compared to that eerie feeling in late March last year when the news headlines declared a national lockdown.
As we enter the month of September there are gradual indications from intending house sellers having more confidence in the vaccination programme.
In general, there is a sense of growing positivity about putting their property on the market. The hope within the industry would be that the increased supply of available homes to purchase will stabilise the market to pre pandemic levels as we all adapt to working in this new ‘living with COVID’ world.

"The association with Mourne Park began back in the early 1980’s when my father was invited to visit Nicholas Anley to discuss whether we could assist him with the letting of his farmland at Mourne Park.
In March 2021 we managed the sale of the property to the Woodland Trust signalling the begining of a new association for Mourne Park securing it's future."
